We’re delighted to welcome Leanne Salt to Beeston Shenton, where she joins our residential property team. With strong local roots, 12 years of conveyancing experience and a genuinely client-centred approach, Leanne is a wonderful addition to the firm, and we couldn’t be happier to have her on board.
A local conveyancer with deep roots in Staffordshire
Born and raised in Cheadle and now living in Leek, Leanne has spent her career building real expertise in residential property. Over the past 12 years she has handled the full range of conveyancing matters, from straightforward sales and purchases through to more involved transactions, always with the same calm, considered approach.
Her academic background sets her slightly apart from many in the profession. Leanne studied Counselling and Psychology at the University of Derby, a foundation that has shaped the way she works with clients to this day. She went on to complete the Level 4 CLC Licenced Conveyancer Course, combining that people-first understanding with the technical knowledge needed to guide a transaction through to completion.
Living and working in the area she grew up in, Leanne brings genuine local knowledge of Cheadle, Leek and the surrounding communities, which makes a real difference when helping people move home.

What stands out about Leanne is how she puts clients at ease. Buying, selling or remortgaging a home can be one of the most stressful things people do, and she works hard to make the process feel as smooth as possible.
She takes a client-centred approach to every matter, making sure the people she acts for feel supported, informed and reassured at every stage. Leanne prides herself on keeping everyone updated and on being friendly, down to earth and easy to talk to. Her grounding in counselling and psychology means she’s particularly good at recognising when a client needs a little extra reassurance, and at explaining what’s happening in plain, straightforward terms.
