Once contracts are exchanged and completion funds are received, we transfer payment, finalize the purchase, and ensure the property is registered in your name with HM Land Registry, including submitting your Stamp Duty Land Tax return.

This will involve the same steps as a normal transaction, but we will also undertake additional checks on the company and register any charges with Companies House as required.

Our expert team can assist you with remortgaging your property. Once we are in receipt of your instructions and payment on account we will receive a copy of a mortgage offer from your chosen lender. We will then advise you upon the mortgage conditions and arrange for any settlement figures for existing mortgages or charges. Once you are satisfied, and your lender’s conditions are met, we will request your mortgage advance and then arrange settlement of any existing mortgage/charges (if applicable). Following completion we will arrange for the new mortgage charge to be registered at HM Land Registry.

If you have taken advantage of the Government Help to Buy scheme previously and are looking to either repay this or remortgage, then our team can assist. We will liaise with the Homes and Communities Agency (or other authority) to discharge any outstanding debt.
